Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Indian support team via email or our official website within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Verification & Approval

  Provide a brief explanation and photos or videos of the product and its packaging to help our technical team verify the condition of the device.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the item securely in its original box with all included cables, pens, and nibs to ensure it reaches our service center safely.

  Inspection & Refund

  After receiving the unit, our technicians will perform a final inspection, and your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
